The V-EXCHANGE project is structured across five interconnected Work Packages, each with specific objectives, deliverables, and responsible partners.

WP1

Project Coordination & Management

M1–M36 · April 2026 – March 2029

Ensures efficient coordination, administrative management, financial oversight, monitoring of project progress, timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance across all partners.

Training of Educators & Facilitators

Designs and delivers training programmes for educators, youth workers, and facilitators in Virtual Exchange methodology, digital pedagogy, and intercultural facilitation.

Virtual Exchange Implementation

Sustainability & Long-Term Impact

D1.1 – Project Handbook

The Project Handbook provides the main administrative, management and coordination procedures for the implementation of V-EXCHANGE, including internal communication, partner responsibilities, reporting procedures and project governance rules.

D2.1 – Virtual Exchange Training Toolkit

The Virtual Exchange Training Toolkit will provide educators and facilitators with practical guidance, methods and resources for designing and implementing virtual exchange activities.

D2.2 – Train-the-Trainer Workshops

Three structured training workshops designed to prepare educators and youth facilitators to implement Virtual Exchange activities. The workshops will cover Virtual Exchange pedagogy, online facilitation techniques, digital collaboration tools, intercultural communication and methods for integrating Virtual Exchange into university courses.

D2.3 – Online Learning Modules

Development of six online self-paced learning modules supporting educators and facilitators in implementing Virtual Exchange activities. The modules will address digital pedagogy, online facilitation, intercultural communication, collaborative learning and student engagement. The course will include video lectures, reading materials, practical exercises and self-assessment quizzes and will be hosted on the project platform in English.
