Work Packages
The V-EXCHANGE project is structured across five interconnected Work Packages, each with specific objectives, deliverables, and responsible partners.
Project Deliverables

D1.1 – Project Handbook
The Project Handbook provides the main administrative, management and coordination procedures for the implementation of V-EXCHANGE, including internal communication, partner responsibilities, reporting procedures and project governance rules.
D4.1 – Project Website and Resource Hub
D 4.1 documents the design, development and operational launch of the official V-EXCHANGE Website and Resource Hub, establishing the project’s central digital platform for communication, stakeholder engagement and public access to project results and resources.
D1.2 – Risk Management Plan
The Risk Management Plan identifies potential risks that may affect project implementation and defines mitigation measures, monitoring procedures and responsibilities to ensure smooth project delivery.
D2.1 – Virtual Exchange Training Toolkit
The Virtual Exchange Training Toolkit will provide educators and facilitators with practical guidance, methods and resources for designing and implementing virtual exchange activities.
D2.2 – Train-the-Trainer Workshops
Three structured training workshops designed to prepare educators and youth facilitators to implement Virtual Exchange activities. The workshops will cover Virtual Exchange pedagogy, online facilitation techniques, digital collaboration tools, intercultural communication and methods for integrating Virtual Exchange into university courses.

Project Activities

MS1 – Project Kickoff Meeting
The V-EXCHANGE project kick-off meeting marked the official start of the project, bringing together all consortium partners to discuss the project work plan, roles and responsibilities, coordination procedures, reporting requirements and the next steps for implementation.
MS13 – Project Website Launch
The Project Website Launch milestone marks the launch of the official V-EXCHANGE website and resource hub, which will serve as the main online platform for project information, updates, resources and public outputs.
MS14 – First Press Release Published
The first official V-EXCHANGE press release announces the launch of the three-year Erasmus+ project and presents its objectives, partnership and expected contribution to inclusive Virtual Exchange.
Innovation & Digital Learning
V-EXCHANGE explores innovative digital methodologies to create engaging, accessible, and future-oriented Virtual Exchange experiences.
AI-Supported Learning
VEX integrates AI tools to personalise learning pathways, support multilingual communication, and assist facilitators in designing more effective exchange activities.
