The V-EXCHANGE project kick-off meeting marked the official start of the project implementation. The meeting brought together all consortium partners to present the project objectives, confirm the work plan, clarify partner roles and responsibilities, and agree on coordination, communication and reporting procedures.
During the meeting, partners discussed the structure of the work packages, key deliverables and milestones, project management procedures, financial and administrative requirements, dissemination obligations and the first steps for implementation.
This milestone confirms the formal launch of V-EXCHANGE and the establishment of the initial coordination framework for the consortium.
