The First Train-the-Trainer Workshop will support the capacity building of educators, youth facilitators and trainers involved in the V-EXCHANGE project. The workshop will introduce participants to Virtual Exchange methodology, online facilitation techniques, digital collaboration tools and intercultural learning approaches.
This milestone represents the first structured training activity for facilitators and will contribute to building a common understanding of how Virtual Exchange activities will be designed and implemented across partner institutions.
The workshop will also support peer learning among partners and prepare facilitators for the upcoming implementation of Virtual Exchange sessions.
