The first official V-EXCHANGE press release, titled “V-EXCHANGE Launches to Advance Global Citizenship and Digital Skills Through Virtual Exchange”, was published on 31 July 2026.
The press release announces the launch of the project’s three-year programme and introduces its objectives, consortium partners and planned activities. It highlights how V-EXCHANGE will strengthen the digital, intercultural and civic competences of young people through inclusive Virtual Exchange opportunities.
Special attention is given to young people with fewer opportunities, including those living in rural communities and young people who are not in education, employment or training. The press release also presents the project’s expected outputs, including training for educators and facilitators, structured Virtual Exchange activities, practical learning resources, intercultural dialogue and innovative digital learning approaches.
The publication introduces the official V-EXCHANGE Website and Resource Hub and invites universities, youth organisations, educators, youth workers, policymakers and other stakeholders to follow and engage with the project.
The press release was also published on the official website of Mother Teresa University in Skopje and is available https://unt.edu.mk/en/2026/07/30/launch-of-the-v-exchange-project-mother-teresa-university-in-skopje-leads-the-international-initiative-for-digital-education-and-global-citizenship/
