The Mid-Term Project Evaluation will review the progress of the V-EXCHANGE project at the midpoint of implementation. This milestone will assess the achievements reached so far, the status of work packages, deliverables and milestones, as well as the quality and effectiveness of project coordination.
The evaluation will collect feedback from consortium partners, identify implementation challenges, review risks and propose adjustments to the project timeline or working methods where needed.
This milestone supports internal monitoring and quality assurance, ensuring that the project remains on track and that all partners are aligned for the next phase of implementation.
